Frequently asked questions

How does the 14-day free trial work? +
You get full access to your chosen plan for 14 days. No charge until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be billed. We don't ask for a credit card upfront — billing starts automatically after day 14 if you stay on.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes. Upgrade any time and the change takes effect immediately — you're prorated for the rest of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
What OSHA standards does SafeOps monitor? +
Starter and Growth plans monitor general industry standards (29 CFR 1910) and construction standards (29 CFR 1926) as published in the Federal Register and OSHA standards database. Plant plan adds custom standards — if your facility is subject to maritime, agriculture, or state-plan jurisdiction, we configure monitoring for those specifically.
How does certification tracking work? +
You add employees and their certifications (forklift, confined space, first aid, etc.). SafeOps watches expiration dates and surfaces workers approaching 30, 60, and 90-day windows on the Expiration Radar dashboard. Renewal reminders go to supervisors automatically — no one shows up uncertified.
Is this a replacement for a human safety manager? +
For small and mid-size operations: yes, for most day-to-day compliance work. SafeOps handles monitoring, documentation, cert tracking, and alerting — the tasks that consume most of a safety manager's time. Larger plants typically use SafeOps to augment their safety team, not replace it.
What industries does SafeOps support? +
Manufacturing, construction, warehousing, logistics, food processing, chemical, utilities, and any other OSHA-regulated industrial facility. If your workers are covered by 29 CFR 1910 or 1926, SafeOps is built for you.
Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts? +
Annual billing with a 2-month discount is coming Q3 2026. For multi-site enterprise contracts (10+ facilities), contact us for volume pricing. Email us at safeops@polsia.app.
